Knowledge in screen printing end to end process.
Knowledge of automatic screen printing machines.
Knowledge of all the duties performing in the screen printing process such as, Corel Draw, Art work, screen making / stretching , basic colour matching and printing.
Familiar with printing technology and troubleshooting technology problems.
Effective management , leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer centric – To handle end to end production related issues.
Synchronise in-house and client design department to execute desired job.
Oversee the planning and organization of a production process and ensure availability of necessary
material, scheduling equipment, and work resources required for the job work.
Delegate and assign work schedules and tasks to production personnel.
Ensure manufacture of high quality and cost effective process.
Analyse and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems to enhance proven productivity.
Conduct inspections to ensure production machinery are operational and efficient.
Ensure production complies with established quality control specifications and standards.
Monitoring and supervising the activities of production personnel to ensure effective performance of job
Conduct studies and research to discover a more effective approach in production to reduce rejections up
to desired target.
Organize training programs to enhance personnel job skill and knowledge.
Co-ordination with Sales, Designing, HR and accounts team.
Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of production employees to ensure a competent workforce.
Present reports of manufacturing operations to company management to update them on expended resources and job completion.
