1. Facilitate, motivate and promote the deployment of Environment Policy throughout the organization, through guidance, training, teamwork and assistance.

2. Construct and implement according to the environmental management system plan.

3. Manage strategic development and planning to reduce environmental footprint, from water and electricity energy.

4. Monitoring environmental management system (EMS) according to the policy of ISO 14001:2015.

5. Report the result of environmental management system implementation to executive board meetings.

6. Plans, coordinates, and participates in all operations of the waste water treatment process. Prepares reporting and analysis on operations and activities.

7. Participate during design phase, budgeting in relation with plant development, plant expansion, and maintenance both in short term and long term plan.

8. Manages and coordinates work with consultant, vendors and contractors in Waste Water Treatment process.

9. Ensure Environmental Management System (EMS) compliance with ISO 14001:2015.

10. Conduct and monitor electricity and water reduction project.

11. Conduct sustainable life style campaign.

12. Report Hazardous Waste Management to Environmental Agency of Simalungun per semester

13. Report Hazardous Waste Management per quartal and Environment Management Monitoring report each 6 month to Ministry of Environment.

14. Conduct frequent check and walk through of the plant to ensure all stations are functioning properly, specifies and reviews work procedures, provides instructions and training to maintain efficiency, ensures safety and technical adequacies are carried out.

Accountability:

1. Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO14001).

2. Ensure Environment Performance Report of company fulfil agreed target by management.

3. Ensure Environment Risk Assessment done periodically.

4. Ensures that wastewater treatment facility meets regulatory compliance standards and requirements.
