Job Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in our Thailand office. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, providing exceptional support to staff, and upholding the high standards of our company.


Responsibilities :

  1. Office Management: Oversee the overall efficiency and smooth running of the office, ensuring a productive and professional work environment. Manage and maintain office supplies, ordering and restocking as needed. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.

  2. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to staff, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and booking appointments. Efficiently manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel and ensuring timely responses. Create and maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital) for all administrative documents and records. Assist with travel visa applications and work permits for expatriate staff (if applicable).

  3. Compliance & Regulations: Maintain awareness of relevant Thai regulations and ensure the office adheres to company policies and procedures. Assist with administrative tasks related to local legal and tax requirements.

  4. Communication & Collaboration: Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills, acting as a liaison between staff, management, and external contacts. Effectively collaborate with colleagues across different departments to achieve organizational goals.

Skills and Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working as an Office Administrator in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the oil and gas industry in Thailand.

  • Excellent proficiency in English and Thai, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience with office management software a plus.

  • Understanding of Thai business practices and regulations.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external contacts.

  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Employer is a well-known company based in India that specializes in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of products and services primarily related to the oil and gas industry. Employer is having Subsidary office in Indonesia for the marketing of Oil Field Equipment in SOUTHEAST AISA ( SEA ) countries. They are into business for past 60 years, currently having 11 manufacturing units across India, USA and Germany.
