We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Head to lead our manufacturing operations and drive excellence in production processes. As the Production Head, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products while optimizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer demands. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between production and supply chain functions.

2. Quality Control: Work closely with the Quality Head to ensure adherence to quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.

3. Resource Management: Optimize the utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to maximize production efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and reduce production costs.

4. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the production team to achieve operational excellence. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the production department.

5. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance overall production efficiency. Implement best practices in manufacturing processes to improve product quality and reduce lead times.
