Job Roles and Responsibilities

Assist the company in attending to new clients and building solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties include


1. Developing business strategies and pitches,

2. Identifying new business opportunities.

3. Working with teams of multiple departments and report to the Managers.


RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Willing to familiarize with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set market goals and objectives.

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients across the Market.

  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

  • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

  • Assist with drafting business plans, reference material, and related documents as required.

  • Identifying new Business Opportunities and partners across various Industrial Domains.

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Skills and Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • Relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.

  • Must have an industrial Exposure like Fabrication, Fire Fighting etc.

  • Strong organization and project management skills

  • Friendly and personable demeanor.

  • Female candidates are required.
