Job Roles and Responsibilities

The engineer will lead the sales and marketing, and responsible to introduce new customer and bring minimum 30 buying customers and maintain 60 grid customers for the day-to-day marketing activity.


Responsibilities:

  1. Handling a grid of 60 Customers and Responsible to visit the customer and to do survey and site scoping to generate the Business.

  2. Visit 8 customers weekly and make 2 Proposal on improvement, 2 proposals on stop wastage and 1 proposal on good engineering practices.

  3. Make the Steam system Data base of Each customer in the grid, Collect the information such as, Annual fuel bill, Specific steam consumption, Trap Uptime, Condensate recovery factor, Specific fuel consumption.

  4. Make proposal for energy improvement with pay back calculation, By review and analysis the Steam system data base.

  5. Focus on Application and solution-based sales, on Product such as, Steam Traps, Condensate recovery system, hot water generator, Control valve, steam flow meter, Control system, Boiler Automation system and Boilers.

  6. Make proposal and follow company instruction and nomenclature and work as team.

  7. Manage Grid Customer and update weekly.

  8. Work on brown field and expansion projects in The Philippines and building a strong pipeline for sales.

  9. Developing lighthouse references.

  10. Closing orders with preferable payment terms and the commercial terms.

  11. Willing to Travel and meet customers 80 % of time.

  12. Report – update report daily on the CRM system on daily basic.

  13. Customer visit: 8 -10 customers in a week.

Skills and Key Requirements

  • Preferably having exposure to industries like F&B, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Gloves and OleoChem .

  • Experienced in Boiler Sales/ Equipment Sales /Solution Sales

  • Technical and Analytical Skill for finding solution to customer Requirements.

  • B2B and B2C sales

  • Understanding of P&IDs, CAD drawings, Steam Systems

  • Basic understanding of instrumentation and Control System.

  • Understanding of International Payment terms/ Commercial Terms/ Legal and Logistical Terms

  • The candidate should be a competent public speaker and have good networking abilities to develop new customer base, and work with self-motivation to achieve the target.

  • A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
